The comfortable old villa was recently restored in three independent apartments, 60 mq each and one double bedroom, all apartments are furnished in the authentic old Italian style and have their private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen at the ground floor there is a comfortable sitting-room to meet friends, read and relax.

On the outside an ample parking is available and the lovely gardens have nice open spaces with tables and deckchairs with a table tennis for the guests.

A washing-machine is available for the guest in the main cottage.

The little house sits only 300 meters from the main cottage.

In the old dairy we restored two independent and very comfortable apartments, 70 mq each, each of them composed with a living-room, big kitchen, two double bedrooms and private bathroom with shower.

On the outside the apartments are provided with own paved open space and a car park, both apartments are provided with dishwasher and washing-machine.
